{UAH} TO THOSE IN THE

Friends

If you are waking up this morning, this is the current situation we have following the massive fire we had yesterday at Yonge and St Clair. The TTC says streetcar service has resumed along St. Clair Avenue West after a six-alarm fire at the Badminton and Racquet Club of Toronto at Yonge and St. Clair. Subways will be stopping at St. Clair Station when service begins at 6 a.m. In terms of road closures, St. Clair east of Yonge is open in both directions, as is Yonge in both directions north of St. Clair. However, the eastbound lanes of St. Clair west of Yonge will remain closed from Avenue Road to Yonge, and Yonge in both directions from St. Clair to Woodlawn Avenue is closed. But according to what we can listen into the communication systems, one would advise that if you do not have anything of importance around St Clair and Yonge streets, please just do not pass there. The departments brought in soo much equipment from yesterday to through tonight, that even though those lanes are opening up, there is simply too much equipment parked on the streets, and a couple of blocks surrounding the area. By midnight I think they had 150 fire trucks at one point of time.

And that is what you are waking up to this very cold morning.           ->Govern your selves.
