{UAH} Uganda National Road Authority Fails to pay Kibaale/Mubende Compensation

UNRA  Made people of Kibaale and Mubende to sign Paid Compensation papers showing they had received compensation payment for their land the UNRA had used to construct the Mubende/Kakumiro/Kagadi Road.

No payment was maade but the papers show people had been paid. The Paid papers were signed November 16, 2016 now it is February 6, no payment has been made.

 Can somebody on this forum assist and talk to UNRA authority and ask why people of Mubende/Kibaale were fooled.by making them sign Paid papers whereas no payment has been mad up to now..
