In countries where there is transparent democracy the question of who is going to be Uganda's next president would not arise. The people wpould just go to the polls and elect their president.
But, in Uganda, we have distorted democracy where the ruling party's caandidate automotically becomes president.
Hence today, going by what Museveni has in mind, everybody knows who is going to succeed Musevni as President of Uganda.
So, people like Odreck Rwabwogo are wasting their time making arrangements to succeed Museveni.
However, if Uganda had a choice the following would be the candidates who possess potential capacity to become president of Uganda.
1. Kiiza Besigye, 2, Rebbecca Kadaga, 3. Abdu Katuntu, 4.Nobert Mao. 5.Winnie Matembe, 6. Olala Otunu, 7. Mugisha Muntu, 8. Winnie Byanyima, 9. Gashumba, 10. Rwomushana, 11 Charles Peter Mayiga(if he makes Buganda drop colonial mentality by returning the Lost Counties to Bunyoro-Kitara) 12. Mulwanyammuli.
