{UAH} Besigye blocked from attending Kaweesi’s requiem mass

Police has blocked Besigye from attending the requiem mass for their fallen comrade Kaweesi. Does it make sense for Besigye to complain that he was not allowed to attend? I think he should leave them alone if his presence irritates them or they fear that he might bring back the dead officer; what a nation we have, even denying one to pay last respects, unbelievable.
