Byandala's Sex Rated Question Shocks Musisi

Business in the Committee of Statutory Authorities and State Enterprises (COSASE) temporarily came to a standstill following a unique question that Former Works Minister, Abraham Byandala asked Jenifer Musisi, KCCA ED.

The KCCA boss, who had appeared to explain her role in the Shs6B Presidential Handshake, Byandala threw to Musisi an open ended question on the number of people that have 'approached' her.

Musisi was taken by surprise with the question and asked for clarification from the former minister on whether she has to detail all the people that have 'approached' her through her life.

With the whole room buried into laughter, the meeting was temporarily put on halt, as the respondent struggled to put herself together amidst the laughter to answer the question.

It was not later that Musisi composed herself and the question was rephrased to ask her to explain if any one approached her with a bribe during the Heritage Oil Case against Uganda Revenue Authority.
