It is gran theft with impunity!

There are a lot of shadowy undertakings -some institutions in Uganda are run as if they are personal property.  Since the economy is owned by a small crick of people basically attached to NRM - we are yet to see a boomerang.

To sustain the above class of thugs – even those claiming to be in opposition to NRM that used to go on terrorising citizens stealing their property is part of this murky undertakings.
