{UAH} How boy from Kent became an outsider
That is why I am attracted and very interested in crime, to understand its pattern and long term projection especially in welfare nations.
When it comes to Europe, poverty between 0-18 is out of the image because of a monthly grant to children. When I taught in two primary schools in Sweden I discovered very interesting patterns – in a predominantly native Swedish enclave violence was more concrete and systematic.
Where as in immigrant predominant enclaves, it was sporadic and almost circumstantial.
what exactly generated crime among these children to become hardcore criminals with all forms of support at their disposal?
Now put the above into a Uganda situation and I can see catastrophe
