{UAH} KAYIBANDA'S POT-BELLY GETS WORSE!!!

Kayibanda Museveni's pot-belly seems to be getting worse!! The amn should do something about it. Just look at it- h it is almost as if he is 8 months preganant and about to go into labour. May be our American doctors Ogwal, Dr kayondo and others may come to his aid. Next, the pot-belly may burts, trgierring a toxic tsumani worse than the Asain tsunami of a fear years ago.

Is Museveni pregnant with a tumour? Look at his stomach, it doesn't look normal. We know he has been struggling with a sick hand and Ugandans are not told the truth about this sickness.
