{UAH} Kofi Annan's solar plan for Africa

Dont you think President Barak Obama should turn his attention to initiatives like this one here being championed by Kofi Annan? He still has a lot of prestige, respect and connections, and should really atone for his failure to do anything at all to address  the plight of his fellow Africans while in office. Many people have achieved greater things out of office than when in it.
