This is the full picture of Adrian Elms. You can see his uncanny resemblance to Trevor Brooks, also shown below at the bottom. Thats why when Elms picture was shown immediately after the shooting, everyone who knew Brooks jumped to the conclusion that it was him, In fact I was one of the first to confirm it was Brooks, when many people contacted me about the picture.
But the biggest tragedy out of this terrorist incident will be its impact on race relations, and especially on the struggles of black people in this country for freedom, equality, and social justice.
Frank Mujabi/Akim Odong, we black people have made a lot sacrifices in this country, and to be where we are now. We still have a long way to go- but we have made progress. The path for our children and grand-children is much easier now than it was for us first generation immigrants.
But all this is now being threatened by the lunatic actions of some demented Muslims. Black people have nothing to do with Islam, beyond just agreeing that muslims should have religious rights, including freedom of worship, just like any other religious faith. But we dont want Islam to infect the struggle of the black people in any way, shape or form. This was the gist of my bitter disagreement with Trevor Brooks and his jihadist cult the al Mujahiroun.. I told them black African people have very bad memories of Islam as a religion. In many ways, I argued Islam has been the curse of the black man, a barbaric and genocidal and unforgiving menace and pest for centuries, viciously unleashed on unsuspecting African villages. From the evil slave trade that wiped out tens of millions of Africans, to modern day slave trade which claims many innocent lives of desperate Africans, including Ugandans who are lured into the modern slavery, Islam has nothing to offer black African people except poverty, endemic backwardness, suffering, abuse and desperation. We will never develop as a race, until we get rid of the heavy yoke of Islam Islam has imposed on us for centuries.
The extreme right wing here in the UK is now going to have a field day. Adrian Elms has given them a shot in the arms and put the wind in their sails. Their agenda of course is an anti-immigrant, anti-black agenda. And the lunatic actions of Adrian Elms just now makes their message very legitimate. The Fascists dont see any difference between a black communist and a black muslim or christian, They just see a black person. To them, every time you see a black person, clobber him. For the last 50 years, we have been fighting back against the fascists, but now the stupid muslims want to tie one of our arms behind our backs
The Islamists are like thugs who hold a woman down and prise her legs open, so that the rapist can have easy access to her vagina. This is exactly what the Muslims want to do to black people here in this country. They want to isolate us and expose us to Fascist Attacks by right wing vigilante groups. But we will not allow it. We dont have any common cause with Muslims, except only on the question of religious freedom. They should leave Africans alone and concentrate on their core base, which is the Arabs. Islam is their culture and is best understood by them. May be if Adrian Elms was an Arab, he might not have done what he did. But because he is black, he is manipulated and his mind is taken away by violent Arabists. This must end. African people have been duped and manipulated for so long. It is time for us to stand and say no to all bogus religions, especially to Islam, which is an atavistic and barbaric Arab cult that belongs to the stone ages.
