1. PREAMBLE:
WHEREAS the Conservative Party was launched in April, 1980, after the existence of a similar party in January, 1966/7 and ushered on the Uganda political scene as a new party by J.S Mayanja – Nkangi, May the Almighty God forgive his weakness in Thee Name
