{UAH} Teachning position
The Department of Geography and Environment at Mount Allison University invites applications for a full-time nine (9) month sessional position at the rank of Lecturer or Assistant Professor to teach in the areas of Human Geography and/or Environmental Studies. The successful candidate must hold a Ph.D. in Geography or Environmental Studies or a complementary discipline. The successful candidate will be required to teach courses in the undergraduate program including: The Human Environment, Developing World, and several other upper level and/or seminar courses from the departmental offerings. The anticipated start date for the position is August 1, 2017, and is subject to budgetary approval. Applications must include a curriculum vitae, evidence of effective teaching (including a teaching dossier if available), a statement of teaching interests/innovation, and the names and contact information for 3 references.
