{UAH} Libyan Company Responds on its Decision to Cease Funding to UTL

NRM reckless sell of public properties has plunged the country into very serious economic , financial and social problems. UTL coud not pay for guns that were used to kill Ugandans in Luwero.

Ugandan tax payers should not be responsible for this mess in which they were not party.
