{UAH} Urban Terrorism - Uganda is in the grip

 

Uganda can solve the urban terrorism grip if they study what Italy did with the Sicilian mafia and the red brigade in Germany.

Criminality has been on the raise: steal BodaBoda, Cars, Cattle, House Break in etc. These can quickly evolve into serious and grave criminal activities (Sweden) particularly when competing groups establish territories.

This must be urgent, since many people are going to lose their lives as these rogues perfect their trade and the practice becomes epidemic as other try the method.

Good enough - the methods are the same as in; Italy, Mexico and Colombia and therefore limited in sophistication and agility once the hit and run motor cycle basics a muted.

May be deploying drones (rapid response) can also come in handy in 15 meter Kampala radius. Otherwise brute force can be solved with Kagame /Brigadier Kayanja tried methods.
