{UAH} Vocational Training will not creat jobs

 

It is the related middle medium skilled industrial sectors that call for vocational training but not vocational training to create middle income jobs!

If you look closely - where there is vocational training there is a corresponding growing construction and such middle income jobs.

Even if the education system is reformed – it is mere waste of time unless there is a corresponding society structure - that is an urbanised society.

 

How and when will pastoralist by ketch up? Alright we can as wel take nakumatt to Nakaseke!
