{UAH} APAC HOSPITAL

Below is the sorry state of affairs in Apac Hospital. It does not even have electricity and nurses use candle light to deliver babies. This is the same hospital that should have cared for Rebecca Ayuru who died  at home this morning, cared for by a private doctor. I have spoken to some people in Apac and they say they are going to organise one big act of rebellion against Kayibanda Museveni government to draw attention to the plight of the Lango people and the needless deaths of children like Rebecca Ayuru. But people like Moses Nekyon who come from Apac should also do more to help their homeland. They should not expect any favours from the Rwandan outlaw. Dokolo Hospital which is  much smaller, is probably the best equipped hospital in Lango, after Lira Hospital. This is because we buy the equipment for the hospital ourselves and do not have to rely on the Rwandan barbarian. And when I talk of armed struggle, quislings like Kadamerie say I am laughing. They are the ones laughing. I will have the last laugh.

Oh my God. Last evening I got the shock of my life when I visited APAC hospital on my way to radio Devine for a talkshow. At 6:30pm as I arrived, I was allowed in by a demoralized looking gate man. My tour of the kitchen, maternity ward and other wards made me shed tears. The place was dark with no light, mothers delivering with torches. We were told the hospital has been in blackout for the last eight months. The physical structures are all dilapidated. The x_ray machine doesn't work b'coz it requires 6 million . The theater is closed. The minister of health visited the place and merely blamed the district leadership for failing to pay the bill. Nothing else. The district chair pledged to get power back and went into oblivion. Nothing worth is being done. During the talkshow the callers demanded that power be restored in two weeks otherwise they will demonstrate to express their anger. I am back in APAC in two weeks to follow-up. Anyone who sympathies with sick and pregnant mothers who seek medical help from this hospital please knock any door to help APAC. It's traumatizing. Greatful to the team and management of Devine for hosting us.

Okello Lucima .....and not far from there, lie two of Uganda's most selfless nationalists, sons of Apac who gave their all, so Uganda could be free and prosper, but look how their country expresses its gratitude to them. Chief, the Kikosi Maalum Commander in Loro; and AMO, the Kikosi Maalum C-In-C, Father of the Nation, Afrikan Liberator, in Akokoro. The Struggle continues.....

All you have mentioned are rights but there is no more time for full investigation. Life is at stake emergency solution speaks loudest now. Bernard Ology Choices have consequences. The same people suffering in dark dilapidated hospitals now won't hesitate to vote back the current leadership in 2021 on being offered 2k for waragi. Let them suffer until they learn. People who vote for bad leaders shouldn't expect good leader's to come through for them when things worsen.

George Okello What do the so-called MPs from Lango say about this? The last I heard, two were battling in court over loot allocated to them by the so-called Uganda parliament instead of standing up for their constituents. Lango has never had such an incompetent bunch of hooligans as their representatives than this incorrigible lot.

Otto Ishaa Kamba do you now see the reason any meaningful mind would never risk to either associate or be seen to ally with the Musevenism. The APAC hospital is abandoned by the Musevenism and yet he pretends the ministers for health, land and defense are from original APAC besides UPC Akena - Amongi working in Alliance with the Musevenism. Our people continue to die like flies while the regime pretends they are rewarding leaders.
