For the record, terrorism is the ability to push a government to terrorize its own people. In fact when you closely look at terrorist and how they operate, Yoweri Museveni in Luwero did very minor crimes, for most of them were actually done by UNLA through Acholi & Langi under the John Ogole, the Pig comand.

 

When a developed country starts to arrest its own citizen for they own a knife, you wonder what will be the cause of the next arrest.
