{UAH} Cancer from HARZADOUS WASTE dumped in residential area at Kibuli Supermarket.

Red Pepper of March, 9, 2017, in the HEALTH SECTION says automobile pollution, which is contained in HARZADOUS WASTE  now being dumped in residential area at Kibuli Supermarket causes cancer to human beings.

The article by Isaac Tugume says, people forced to inhale concentrated carbonmonoxide, plus other dangerous fumes (harzadous waste) like benzene, all of which are collected in huge trucks clearly marked HARZADOUS WASTE and dumped at Kibuli resdential area, nearl the Supermarket called AFRO DIN, the population in this area who are force to inhale this dangerous waste are getting infected with cancer of the lungs.

Why do authorities like KCCA allow, indeed give license to such people to dump that dangerous material amidst the population.
