Dear Rukungiri District Police Commissioner:

I have just received a message that my compound has been broken into by unknown people who arrived with a track, crashed a metal gate and carried it away with them. This gate was constructed recently to protect my compound and the property there including buildings, furniture, cows , chickens, dogs and the people who are taking care of them. The incident was immediately reported to the LC1 Chairman Mr. Frank Kamugisha who came to the scene immediately.

This incident has now exposed the compound to extreme insecurity that must be addressed immediately.

The matter has also been reported to the police separately for your immediate and appropriate action.

I am copying this message to the Mayor Rukungiri Municipality, Mr. Makuru, Area Councilor Kenneth Mushabe, LC 1 Chairman Frank Kamugisha, and my Lawyer Mark Mwesigye, for their information and necessary action.
