{UAH} Evolution of Criminality in Uganda

I really do not know if there's any Ugandan paying attention to the study of crime pattern in Uganda. This is an interesting and shocking evolution of Ugandans behavioural patterns.

With the state now turning on its own agents in corruption, the nature of crime in Uganda is getting a new face. This might turn out to be one long event never seen in Uganda recent history. 

Historically, the above groups are fallible and normally make one fatal mistake.

The recent events have opened a can of worms - keep your ears on ground.
