He's called Frank Ntilikina, an 18-year-old 1m96 Franco-Rwandese prodigy of Basket-ball,already seen as a player who has in him the makings of  Baske-tball legend Tom Parker ! Young Ntilikina, who came to France at three when his parents quit Belgium to settle in France's eastern  city of Strasbourg,is now a player on demand all over the woorld! He has chosen to join USA's NBA team starting June 2017 and he will be cashing a minimum US$ 7 million dollars annually, to begin with immediately the contract is signed, and he will move on to pocket an annual US$ 25 million! The young man whoseparents moved from Rwanda to Europe about20 years ago, developedthe Basket-ball culture by watching regularly the game on TV and subsequently by pinning in his bedroom
the portraits of all leading world players. He continued to love the game at school
where he did his A-Levels and got his Baccalauréat ( HSC ) in science. Before passing his A-Levels he had already become a great Basket-baller and was already part of the French national team in which he continues to play as a very much indispensable playmaker / leader !  Young Ntilikina continues to live with his parents and he has received, in their residence, many eminent journalists and leading media people, among whom a special team from New York Times, and many TV reporters. Good luck, young Frank Ntilikina!
