So how was a "buffoon" like President Idi Amin Dada (RIP) able to run a broke govt effeciently? With only annual growth rate of 5.6% and annual revenues of less than 50bn, how was he able to keep forex rate at 7shs for $1 and go on to buy Uganda House buildings  buildings in London, Brussels, New York, Geneva, Nairobi, Mogadishu, and Mombasa, Riyadh etc? He went on to build current UBC structures,  set up the best transmission settalite sites at Mpooma in Mukono and Ombachi in West Nile ( they were sold as scrap under Museveni last year), built UCB and govt staff houses in Naguru, Bukoto, Bugolobi, Kololo, Wandegeya, Nakasero, Luwafu and Mulago ( all sold by by Museveni). Amin ordered the the start of Uganda Airlines, Uganda Airline Cargo and procured over 10 planes to do domestic flights (Arua, Kasese, Gulu and Soroti airfields were set up but all sold by Museveni) and put one of the most effecient Airforce on the African continent with over 60 jets. How can an "illiterate man" like Amin be so nationalistic and these educated idiots and fools so greedy  that they even award themselves with medals for looting and destroying Uganda? How? A man that left a Uganda indebt mainly Tanzania for fighting him must be wondering in his grave how we got a 26trn debt under an educated Museveni.  #UgAt54.#copied
