{UAH} Lt.Col. Tony Owana: NRA Rolutionary and Ideolgue

Simon Peter Okurut,

Below is your great revolutionary Lt. Col. Anthony Owana ( Middle name Geoffrey) with his charges at the Kyankwanzi Ideological College, where is is a former Principal. Comrade Owana is the deputy Chief Ideologue of the NRA and is assistant to the vodka loving professor Kabajago who coined the terminology "biological substances"  to describe people from northern and eastern Uganda. The Lt,Col is passing out  graduates who have just finished weeks of rigorous ideological training on the Ten-Point Programme, The 50 year Tutsi Plan, and the Great Ideas of The Dear Leader Kayibanda Museveni. Comrade Owana teaches his charges theories of the "permanent revolution", a term coined by Leon Trotsky in the midst of the Soviet revolution in the 1920s, but has since been abandoned- it seems the Dear Leader has instructed that 50 Years is not enough to achieve the NRA-Tutsi  nirvana, and therefore the revolution must be permanent..I have only just found out Lt.Tony Owana is himself part-Tutsi on his mother's side, so that may perhaps explain his zeal, enthusiasm and dedication to his calling of the etsablishment of a permanent Tutsi Empire ( I doubt whether he has consulted his Padhola ancestors about this, but thats another matter- because I dont want to wake up the ancestors of the great Luo Migration, some of of whom may not be amused by the actions of their long lost son).
