Public Service world over are run on user levies even in  the USA, if it is the bastion of Capitalism. NRm totaly refuse to hid to this call.

Uganda broadcasting Service is now a property of the Chinese going by what the media has written.

Uganda could simply not afford funding UBC TV/radio services - talk of national security!

Can you tell me how much money the state is losing by handing over public utilities to foreign firms?!
