This young Acholi friend of mine has decided to take a leap into the dark by returning home to venture into private entrepreneurship. She has been living in  Germany for a while but decided to go back home, and become her own boss- and here is the result. I am moved to tears- When we first talked about it, I did not really take her very seriously, but here we are. I am now convinced that Ugandans are determined to make their own destiny despite the Rwandan occupation.
