{UAH} Ocen//Uhuru, Ruto urge Kenyans to suffer like Jesus did

Folks;

Politicians always wade into religion when they fail to deliver on their promises. Analogous invocation of Jesus's suffering is inappropriate in consoling ordinary mortals whose suffering can be easily attributed to their leaders.

In the Bible, Jesus' fate was foretold thousands of years earlier; therefore, it was an eventuality, rather than an avoidable event. That's why I still don't understand why Judas Iscariot is vilified for playing such a leading role in fulfilling a Biblical prophesy.

In Kenya's case, both President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy, William Ruto, are consoling Kenyans that their suffering is not new! I don't think many Kenyans will buy that notion.
