Parliament has unearthed another fresh scam involving 198 billion shillings paid out by the ministry of Finance as taxes for private companies without authorization of the solicitor general and the august assembly.
The state minister in charge of planning David Bahati failed to table MOU's between government and the companies prompting legislators to send him out of the budget committee.
