{UAH} PM to unveil £1bn package for Syrian refugees

This should have been the western response to the crisis in Syria and the Middle East- trying to solve the problem there, instead of encouraging a mass migration of over 2 million people into Europe, triggering seismic problems which will take generations to resolve, if they can ever be resolved. A simple barometer that most European countries face now is that nearly each of them have to spend 10- 15% of their GDP on National Security- whereas countries like Sweden and Norway sued to spend less than 1% on National Security.
