SHOULD  UGANDANS FORGIVE THE NRA GANGSTERS, AND THE NOTORIOUS OUTLAW KAYIBANDA MUSEVENI IN PARTICULAR? 

personally, i will find it very hard to forgive the NRA THUGS  although I am willing to try.
