{UAH} The State, Capitalism and Violence (Crime) – Uganda

Ugandans and this is my observations, have over the 30 years developed a rare calculated and systematic nature, tending towards hardcore criminality.

I witnessed this trend among native Europeans, a people who try all they can, to disentangle themselves from the grip of the state and subsequent economic clutch.

This is the nexus of hardcore criminality among Europeans, a people left with no alternative - the so called (There Is No Alternative (TINA) formation) but to fight and survive within the system, the best way one can.

The resultant welfare state is neither kind but somehow cushions the effects of the state on the population!

This is the only explanation for both random and systematic criminality among people of European origins/decent wherever you find them. They understand the stakes of falling out and not being part of the system.

My work with thousands of Uganda students so poor, desperate to achieve something for themselves, points to the same development.  Ugandans of all ages are gradually transforming into hardcore criminals. Ugandans express themselves in terms of "I will kill you", with such ease I never heard of even Europe.

Law firms are cashing on this desparation that has turned friends, brother and sisters, mothers, fathers, sons and daughters into bitter rivals in Uganda society.

A student of sociology in Europe – study for a full two years (masters level) on a daily basis the; philosophy, ideology, structure, politics and economics of the state; as Social, Economic and Political Structures, there subsequent failures and successes.

The state is brutal and leftist (humanists) sociologists in Europe struggle to change this order. For centralists and rights – they view the social and economic structures as mere biological functions to which, adjustment can be made to attain a just society.

Extremism, popularism, racism and redempation christianity (pentecost church),  are all generated effects of the above structure.

The third axis is the green or ecologists.

Uganda therefore has not seen anything as yet, I might add.

Now, I ask policy makers in Uganda , what are you doing to resolve this threatening development?
