{UAH} Demolish Nalufenya and charge AIGP

Following thw torture of innocent Ugandans has gone beyond and i call upon the closure of Nalufenya and charge the AIGP for gross misuse of power and abuse of ugandans. 

The police has turned into a monster to ugandans. The police has been agreesively killing and getting involved in so many crimes against humanity and the AIGP is watching but instead is coming up to defend it. 

When people caned the AIGP cane up and supported the act. 

When people are being tortured the AIGP is so quite about because he authorises the actions to go on. 

If its not him and the Above who else is torturing Ugandans..? 

The police claims its not them its other security agencies torturing people then hand them over to police when they fully tortured.  Why does police accept liabilities from other security agencies. either theh accept reposnsibilities or be blamed. 

Police created the kifesi..the Crime preventora and also the Boda Boda agents to keep an ey on crimes in sosciety instaed thèy have turned out be .a political.i security

Why should Kale not attaend courts for qestionin when invited...(  he seem to be does not apear..

The police and some ořher securitu agencies are responsible for thebrrrjfjreñ

Police stop mistreating ugandans. please inder  kihura to tll his bouys. Its high time the  Police disacoated its crimes against himaniry.
