{UAH} KCCA Is Satanic — Nsaba Buturo

Following the move by KCCA to ban pastors who preach on the streets, former minister of Ethics and Integrity Dr. James Nsaba Butuuro has said that KCCA is an agent of Satan.Nsaba Butuuro who is the chairman of Parliamentary Forum on Ethics and Integrity says the ban contradicts the Bible rules of 'go out and spread the word of Christ among nations.'

He also opined that street preachers convey a message of God to those who have no time to go to churches.

Recently, KCCA noted that noise pollution in Kampala is on the rise due to street trading, street preaching and loud audio announces.

Kampala's street preachers are usually stationed at busy junctions in Kampala, mostly around street lights, reading and interpreting verses from the bible to Kampala dwellers
