{UAH} South Sudan: soldiers shot 29 civilians who could not reply in Dinka Language
South Sudan soldiers called to civilians in Dinka language and those who didn't reply were short at according to a report by CTSAMM, a committee created to by IGAD to monitor the implementation of a permanent ceasefire between warring parties.
The report is in reference to the April, 2017 massacre of civilians in the northwestern state of Wau. Soldiers in both South Sudan military uniform reportedly conducted a house-to-house search of victims in an operation which started as early as 5. am local time.
