{UAH} UPC Debate

Simon Peter Okurut and UPC members,

There is a debate going in in a number of UPC Fora which you might want to join. As of yesterday, in one forum, there were nearly 100,000 responses- I had to turn off and set up a different address for the forum. 

The topics being debated are:

1. Convening of A National Delegates Conference

2. Retirement or Removal of James Akena as Leader of a Faction Of the UPC

3. Engaging With The High Court To Agree A Final of Court Settlement of Numerous Cases Currently Pending Hearing or Adjudication.
