{UAH} Lwengo chairman Godfrey Mutabazi being thrown out of Rwanda plane for being too drunk

It seems George Mutabazi was evicted from the plane for being drunk and disorderly, Paul Kagame is not taking any chances with people like Mutabazi. The problem is that he is still LC5 in Buganda and yet travels and and down to his home country Rwanda. It seems anyone can be a muganda. Mutabazi never mentioned anything about being a muganda when he in London. He did not even speak the language at all. He was known as a Rwandan citizen from Rwanda itself, and not Uganda.
