Then what is the use of the lawyer profession? Oh I see, lets back down and take it nice and slow and drop it at information and interpretation of a plaintiff having a document FROM THE COURT that hints at prior activity at the court, but the Case File is mssing.

Some one has to do some explaining here. Because, that document suggests that there PROBABLY must have been a process. And if there are several others in similar dilema, then there should be some where to proceed. For example the immediate officer or clerk responsible for files or Court  archives.

Not so? The Tanzanian John M Pombe would probably proceed from the Court Clerks and the Court Registras as precedence?

Each time a file goes missing, a registra is fired or suspended pending investigations (( an acting is brought in from another area))?!

If it so wide spread may be a temporary measure is to rotate registras?

That brings us to the DIASPORAS WITH DEEP POCKETS CORRUPTING THE SYSTEM.

Most of the Land and Property fraud cases in Acoli involve participation of diaspora Ugandan. They come with deep pocket and hih society social networks that the ordinary commonality has nothing to counter with.

As you noted, they corrupt the system and take off. Unreachable for the Uganda judicial arm. A case goes on forever. BUT, THEY ELUSIVELY KEEP ON  VISITING UGANDA REGULARLY yet  AVOIDING CALLS FOR COURT APPEARANCE!!!!

They don't appear when summoned. So, cases drag on and on and on for years. Some people even die while the processes have not moved an inch!!

I believe the indigenous law enforcement can do more to rectify this bit.

HOW?

BY CONFISCATING THE PASSPORTS OF THE VISITING DIASPORA  IF THEY HAVE ELUSIVELY AVOIDED COURT SUMMONS: How about that??

Most of these small town Diaspora tourists are known anyway so, reaching them would not be so difficult when / if the law enforcement is informed of their presence.

Perhaps that would ensure that the Court processes are speeded at affordable costs and less pain?!?!?

Unfortunately, the major players in corrupting the system are DIASPORA UGANDANS!!!!! 

In Gulu particularly, the Diaspora Ugandan have very huge roles in the scandal due to the wide spread Land and property fraud.

Now tell me, if for example I have copies of earlier handlings. What happens even if the case file has misteriously disappeared?

Such instances are unfortunately the order of the day in present day Court system in uganda .

The problem seems to be the poor renumeration of court personal.. currently there is an in going downing of the tools by state attorneys..!

Now having said that...if you don't want your files to do a disppearing act or if you want them to miraculously reappear...talk to the small boys(girls) the office Messengers and court clerk!

Not to mention lobbyist. (Usually go betweens..aka kayungirunzis) who have made a career out of the corruption in the courts!

You ignore these "small" pple at your peril!

The judges and i) other court officers feed off their hands. It's thru them the money changes hands!

These are the practical facts and steps you need to know and take to find your way thru our legal system 

Oh; don't forget the police CID officer in charge of Land.. and the RDC!

I am a victim of such fraud at the Gulu High Court. My late father was pushing a FRAUD PROCESS against some individuals. They were in Court a few times and by the time he passed over, the process was still on.

NOW TO MY SURPRISE, THERE SEEM TO BE NO RECORD OF THAT CASE IN THE COURT.

Yet, that case has a vital bearing on another fraud case I am currently pushing at the same Gulu Court.

On the wall of the Court is to be read that the Court is seriously fighting corruption, fraud and mal-practices.

Fine. So, in the event of a case file disappearing, how does a Court deal with that? Not fire the registra?

WHICH HEAD SHOULD MOMENTARILY ROLL PENDING INVESTIGATIONS IN SUCH A CASE?
