Dear Prof. Oswald Ndoleriire and John Kintu

Let me try for the  one millionth time to post these documents to you. I have been trying but the moderator disabling  them.

I am posting them so that the Runyoro/Rutooro conference on July 8, may be used as a forum to rescue Runyoro/Rutooro from the impending death.

 The document,RUNYORO/RUTOORO IS AN ENDANGERED LANGUAGE was published four years ago..No action was taken. It is still relevant today.

In it I predicted the death of Runyoro/Rutooro. What I predicted four years ago has come to pass. Evidence is that since that time not even one book has been published in Runyoro/Rutooro.  There are not Runyoro Rutooro books in libraries or bookshops...no newspapers on the streets in our language.

When I try to bring  this sad reality to the attention of the public this forum disables these article to be published.

In case this one goes through please read the attached APPEAL so that the conference on July 8, may be able to try to find ways and means to save Runyoro Rutooro from collapsing..
