A 24 year old man has been charged and remanded to Luzira prison for touching a woman's breasts and shoulders. 

Phillip Akwetereho a music trainer and a resident of Kamwokya, Kisenyi 2 Zone in Kampala was charged before City Hall Grade One Magistrate Moses Nabende.

The accused however denied the charges.

Prosecution led by Pamela Orogot states that on the 13th July 2017 at Kisenyi 2 zone Akwetereho unlawfully and indecently assaulted a one Irene Arayo by touching her breasts and shoulders.

The magistrate remanded him to Luzira prison until August 3rd when he returns for mention of his case.
