We are  being requested to post this photograph, as wide as possible, of the suspect in the Spain carnage. A carnage that has affected 24 countries, so far we know that France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Argentina, Venezuela, Belgium, Australia, Hungary, Peru, Romania, Ireland, Greece, Cuba, Macedonia, China, Italy and Algeria have been affected. There are countries we  do not know yet. We also know that there is a three year old that has died as well. The photograph below is of a one Moussa Oukabar an 18 year old that went into a rental company called Telefurgo, rented a Fiat van and rammed it into the masses.
