STATEMENT BY ACHOLI PARLIAMENTARY GROUP (APG) real ON MEETING PRESIDENT MUSEVENI TOMMOROW 15 TH AUGUST 2017.
We have got reports that Hon.Olanya Gilbert MP kil...ak where the disputed land is, has been arrested by police this evening enroute Kampala.
As APG real we have been preparing to meet the President tomorrow as per his invitation extended to us through Hon. Beatrice Anywar at State house Entebbe at 12 noon.
We will only be there for the meeting on three conditions:
1. Hon Olanya Gilbert be released immediately.
2.The police bond extended to Hon . Odonga Otto to report to regional CID tomorrow at 8:00am be extended .
3.All people of Kololo trading center be allowed to go to their home and the siege by the UPDF be called off immediately.
People have been starving for two days. Anything less than this we members of APG real will boycott the meeting called by the President.
