{UAH} A totaly disfunction state - unless the executive intervenes?!

Any one of you comes from somewhere.

I wish to ask you – what has changed in your district or township in
the last 25 years? Is there a new building, street, farm, airport,
stadium or theater?

Where is NRM taking this country if Local Governments are absolutely dead?

I am asking this question out of concern. We have over 80 ministers
some of them spend their time moving in and out of the country. Where
does the money come from?

There is raft of new and old laws none of them is being implemented
unless NRM wishes from environmental laws ( what the ministry of water
and environment do) and street order.

What type of country are we living in?

There is an accumulate intentional mis-governance of the country that
will certianly bust in the NRM leaders faces.
