Good-damn it, Kenyatta had close relationships and friendships with both Brits and Americans which could give him licence to murder his own folks when the so-called general election did not go his ways, YES, in Uganda in the 1980 there was an elections, which the DP political party lost brutally, but the ethnic majority had to launched the genocide in the infamous Luweero triangle which brought the current rot and collapsed of Uganda!

TRULY, what do you mean with your question of; "IS KENYA INDEPENDENT"? I think, you are sadly pathetic in the whole context!
