No there are Public Libraries - that you can read books you do not have
There is a huge volume of literature about agriculture economics that
was written in the early 1800 just about the same subject by Europeans
wherever they settled around the world. Food for them meant a
difference between life and death and they turned to science to
explain the phenomenon.
Is NRM trying to reinvent the wheel – let be serious for once and stop
sending people into temptation.. Those who can now study the prices of
maize , tomatoes or sweet potatoes etc in Uganda market Start
collecting data.
Good though Bulemezi has restarted serios coffee farms.
