{UAH} media outlets make some of their highest ratings by displaying Islam as a 'problem'

For years now, Muslims from around the world have been condemning the ongoing genocide on the Rohingya population by the Buddhist Burmese. Yet, major media outlets have chosen to focus more on the crimes of groups like ISIS and various other loner terrorists. This is despite the fact that the U.N. has come out repeatedly accusing Myanmar of human rights abuses.
Why is this the case? Why is it that very few people seem to care outside of the Muslim ummah? It's quite simple really. It has less to do with apathy and more to do with a specific narrative. You see, the media outlets make some of their highest ratings by displaying Islam as a 'problem'. If such a narrative is given competition -- by showcasing other religious or non-religious groups conducting the same atrocities -- this narrative becomes less attractive to the viewers.
Likewise, the sentiment among many (especially in the West) is that Muslims are the only ones truly capable of such violence, therefore, this genocide is not actually a genocide at all, but may even be considered "deserved".
This is the same reason that many people don't take the plight of the Palestinians seriously; supporting the apartheid regime of Israel because a couple of missed rocket attacks by some DIY terrorists on the other side of the border.
Of course they think it's okay to slaughter thousands of innocent people for what some Muslims in some other part of the world did. At this point we should be aware that it's not apathy that drives this acceptance, but a firm belief that Muslims are undeserving of the very Human Rights we are ironically often told to accept.
Dutch media for instance did report on this, but as expected they said that some of the muslims there where "islamic terrorists" and had done an attack on some police station, no mention of the fact that pregnant muslim women are being cut open etc, so they can make the excuse of "Mommy mommy they did it first". No humanity i swear.
Its eerily similar to the Bosnian genocide all over again. Lots of accusation calling them terrorists but no substantial proof. A lot of denial by the military as well, the real terrorists. Apparently it has been going since the 70s accorsing to some activists that lived there. Its just awful.
