{UAH} Ocen, Edmund//Dissenting Kenyan Supreme Court Judges' ties to Uhuru

Folks;

The 4-2 judgment, delivered by Kenya's Supreme Court in nullifying President Uhuru Kenyatta's election, has left a few questions about the two dissenting judges, Jackton Ojwang,  and Njoki Ndun'g'u.

Now, we may understand the bond that ties the two Judges to President Uhuru.

Justice Ojwang is married Colleta Suda, the Principal Secretary for High Education. She was appointed by, and reports to President Uhuru.

Justice Njoki Ndung'u is the wife of Chris Murugaru, the controversial former minister under President Kibaki's administration. A wealthy political figure in Kikuyu politics, Murugaru serves as a senior adviser to the Jubilee Alliance.

I know Edmund had discounted reports that IEBC CEO, Ezra Chiloba is married to Uhuru's first cousin, but upon further checking, it seems that's correct: Chiloba's father-in-law, is George Muhoho, who happens to be the younger brother to Uhuru's mother, Mama Ngina.

As I said earlier, now we may understand why the two judges dissented, and why Chiloba may have looked the other way when the experts were fudging the vote numbers in favor of President Kenyatta.
