UNFORTUNATELY, WHAT BOBI WINE IS SAYING IS: I RAPED THE CONSTITUTION TO PROTECT IT FROM BEING RAPED.

BUT HIS PROCEEDING JUDGEMENT WAS WRONG BECAUSE THE CONSTITUTION WAS NOT BEING RAPED. BOBI WINE WRONGLY ASSUMED THAT THE CONSTITUTION WAS BEING RAPED. 

Hence he rushes to rape the Constitution to save it from being raped. NOT KNOWING THAT THE CONSTITUTION PROVIDES FOR IT. 

IN OTHER WORDS, FULL CONSENT!!!!!!

That is the tricky part.

So Ldt Akim & co, the one who actually raped the Constitution was Bobi Wine himself!!!
