I think this man was following orders from above like Rtd Gen. Wamala Katumba and I think both must be labeled as murderers! I can even hastened to say, that even a certain King, I do not want to mention also participated in the murdering of Ugandans with the song his subjects composed of PEACE AND SEEPINGS BROUGHT BY NRA/M7.

The huge mistake Ugandans are fond of making is labeling one as a murderer or dictator. 

Often times these labelled individuals turn for real as they will conclude that they have nothing more to lose but carry on withe labels if only to get feared. By the time they get done in many sold wilful have departed. 

We started labelling Museveni a dictator and the man decided to become one for real.  Now we have to live it and deal with it - and we seem not to have any other choices left.

Ekwelu has ultimately become one such heavy- duty murderer in our face because we now call him a mass murderer. Now, let's brace for the meyhem.

The UPDF commander of Land Force Major General Peter Elwelu has warned all people opposed to contentious age limit bill planning to disrupt peace through their 'Togikwatako' campaign that the army will deal with them.

Gen. Elwelu's comment comes at a time after the army's involvement in curbing violence that erupted at a rally for pro-age limit activists in Soroti district, eastern Uganda.

He said during a regional security meeting held in Kumi municipality that the army cannot sit by and watch the situation go out of hand.

General Elwelu said they have information that the opposition is being funded in this campaign by foreign countries.

The decorated army serviceman is much remembered as the fierce man who led the dangerous operation raid on the Kingdom of Rwenzururu in Kasese which left many people dead and arresting the kings-men including the king himself.
