SV: {UAH} I want to pay tribute to my brother Dr. Ssemaluulu Paul
Ndugu Ssemaluulu Paulo,
Welcome to the club of the earlier generations and I hope there will be some good enjoyment with them and wishing to meet soon. The club, I think had been destroyed by the politics of corruption in our dear country!
Greetings and cheers for the weekend!

For the sake of clarity I became a Doctor under the law of The Netherlands on the 25th October 2012 after attaining a PhD in Information Systems from the University of Groningen. This was conferred upon me after successfully defending my Thesis "An Instrument for Assessing Information Systems Success in Developing Countries " I was using Computer modeling and simulation. This information is publicly available through Google. Abbey followed my defense from London even though we have never met. Critical thinking eeeeh

Subject: {UAH} I want to pay tribute to my brother Dr. Ssemaluulu PaulI want to pay tribute to my brother Dr. Ssemaluulu Paul, as he retires permanently from his work as a senior lecturer at Makerere University. Paul is a member of Ugandans At Heart, a guiding figure at our forum, and I now consider him a mate despite the fact that we've never met. We call each other whenever we get a chance, and I must say, I'm surprised Makerere haven't found him a role somewhere, because he's gifted with so many good ideas. According to Paul, ' I could have stayed on at Makerere even if I were 80 years if I had made it to Associate Professor or Full Professor. The policy favours only those two post for post retirement contracts at full pay for as you want.'
Much love to the unheralded leaders and lecturers making a real change in the lives of real people.--
