Zimbabwe's new President Emmerson Mnangagwa turned down the invitation to attend the inauguration ceremony of Kenya's President Uhuru Kenyatta, reportedly citing budget constraints and stating that there were very pressing matters regards the economic recovery of the country which needed his attention. Mugabe would have gone even as the country was burning. (sources)
