In the corridors of Parliament, stories abound of how he uses his Fifth Floor office as a lodge of sorts.
Parliament cleaners, office attendants and research assistants have all suffered the wrath of the Usuk County MP who will not hesitate to lock them up in office and satisfy his voracious libido.
One of Ogwang's victims is a Lucy Amangat who came to be known to the cocky MP when she was an Office Attendant and later Researcher at Parliament.
Ogwang preyed on the unsuspecting Lucy by doling out a few pieces of silver to the poor girl who was struggling to make ends meet and he finally lured to bed.
Lucy intimated to friends how she was raped by Ogwang during the Inter Parliament Union (IPU) Assembly at the Commonwealth Resort in Munyoyo. Because of the money that Ogwang was dangling to her, Lucy had decided to suffer quietly but hell broke loose when she conceived in December, much to the fury of Ogwang.
Ogwang denied the pregnancy only for a DNA test to pin him. The baby boy is named Israel Zion Ogwang.
He abandoned the poor girl to a one-roomed shack in the ghettos of Kireka. Such is the heartlessness of Ogwang that since Lucy gave birth in 2013, he has never visited his child.
She remains stuck in her one-roomed shack in Kireka as Ogwang swims in money for the removal of age limits.
Lucy runs a small kiosk along Namugongo Road in Kireka to survive. When the worse came to the worst, Lucy run to FIDA for help and a file under FU/F/716/2014 was opened against Ogwang. Ogwang manage to frustrate any court process.
In August 2012, Ogwang masterminded the arrest of a Kyambogo University gal known as Rose he had impregnated and abandoned. Ogwang claimed Rose had come to bribe him and she was locked up by police.
In 2014, now done with Lucy, Ogwang embarked on another sex adventure with a one Stella Atela-a woman that was already engaged.
Born on 15 December 1983, Ogwang is typical spoilt brat who cruises around in a Land Cruiser UG 2016H. Ogwang snatched the Tororo-born woman and they now have 2 kids. Their relationship is however on the rocks after she caught Ogwang pants down sleeping with their housemaid at their upcountry home Aliakamer parish, Katakwi sub-county, Katakwi district. Questions also remain hovering over his academic qualifications.
He attempted unsuccessfully to join a reputable university after his "An" in 2001 as Universities rejected his applications on grounds of dubious academic documents.
He bribed his way to Makerere Institute for Social Development (MISD) where he pursued a Certificate in Social Work and Social Administration and later upgraded to a diploma.
In 2015, he again failed to join a reputable university and only used kickbacks to gain admission at Victoria University where he is pursuing a degree in Social Work and Social Administration.
